While building my corporate career I also had a passion for collecting and studying vintage jewelry designs. During the day I dealt with systems and software and during the evenings and weekends I searched for vintage treasures and expanded
my knowledge of jewelry techniques, styles and eras. The definition of unique is “being the only one of it’s kind; unlike anything else”. This is what I strive to create in my jewelry designs. I want the wearer to feel special; to know that
love and passion went into creating this new jewelry design in a vintage meets modern way while also preserving a bit of history.
I am a little bit Ying and Yang. As much as I love designing jewelry with vintage found objects, I also have a passion for learning and experimenting with new mediums and techniques. So, while I may create unique jewelry with vintage components, I will also experiment and create jewelry designs using mixed media techniques with modern elements. Because who says you can only have one passion!
